101- Yes Deer!

Yes Deer! (Studio 101) is a cozy first floor unit with a stylish deer theme that offersa queen bed and a kitchenette, including full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, basic utensils and dishes. Guests can relax and recline on the loveseat after a long day of adventuring outdoors. All of our rooms offer Wi-fi, Roku TV, A/C andheat, hair dryer and an iron.

This is a dog-friendly room. Approved pets are to be added in the add-on section when you are making your reservation. Our Pet Cleaning Fee is $45.00 for a maximum of two dogs per stay. Petsare NOT allowed on furniture or in beds.

Any guest who brings a pet without adding it in the reservation will automatically be charged $75.00. Pets are not to be left in the room unattended at any time. Excessive pet hair found on linens or furniture will result in an additional $50.00 Deep Cleaning Fee. (We expect pet hair, but if the bed is covered in hair, you will be charged.) Damages caused by unattended pets or negligence will result in additional charges.

The yard offers three charcoal grills, one propane grill (propane is provided), wood pellet fire pits, and plenty of fresh mountain air. We have a mini golf course, corn hole and lots of trees to hang a hammock from. Load up your ice chest and snacks and come enjoy one of our awesome sunsets while relaxing with your favorite beverage.

Feel like venturing out? You will love our convenient location to plenty of great local dining options and three awesome coffee shops, all within walking distance. The outdoor adventures await with over 40 lakes, hiking trails, creeks, and off-roading trails available to explore in the White Mountains.
